Since our foundation, MARViTECH GmbH has specialised in developing innovative measuring devices for seed analysis that set new standards in precision and efficiency. Our product range includes optical seed analysers, seed counters and grain counters as well as a comprehensive range of accessories and software. All products are tailored to the specific needs of seed breeders and seed researchers.
Our devices enable seed parameters such as size, shape and weight to be analysed in seconds. In addition, our devices can be used as seed counters or grain counters for precise and efficient counting.
During development, we rely on state-of-the-art technologies such as rapid prototyping using 3D printing to create prototypes for our components quickly and cost-effectively. This technology allows us to test and improve designs before they go into series production and ensures that our seed analysers meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Our measuring devices, such as the MARViN ProLine II, the MARViN VisionLine, the MARViN XLine and the MARViN BasicLine, benefit from an integrative development approach that combines CAD technology, rapid prototyping and advanced electronics development.
We use our CAD software to develop precise digital models, which are then quickly converted into prototypes using 3D printing. This method of rapid prototyping enables us to test and adapt multiple design variants in a very short time, which increases the speed of innovation and accelerates time to market.
At the same time, we use our expertise in electronics development to integrate high-performance circuits and sensors into the devices. The SMD components (these are the small components) are then assembled by a specialised contract manufacturer.
The product-specific assembly as a seed analyser or as a seed counter / grain counter is then carried out by us. This allows us to keep production costs stable and production as flexible as possible.
The high quality and durability of our devices, such as the seed analysers in the MARViN ProLine II series, the MARViN VisionLine, the MARViN XLine and the MARViN BasicLine, result from the interplay of advanced plastic processing, metalworking and rapid prototyping.
By using 3D printing, we can produce prototypes and internal components quickly and cost-effectively, which enables us to realise design changes quickly.
Metalworking is used to produce high-precision internal mechanics, which are particularly important for the performance of our Seed Analyser, Seed Counter and Grain Counter. State-of-the-art processes such as CNC milling and laser cutting guarantee high precision and durability. By combining these technologies, we can ensure that our devices work reliably and efficiently, even under demanding conditions.
Our vision is to shape the future of seed analysis by integrating innovative technologies such as CAD design, electronics development, plastic and metal processing and 3D printing.
We are constantly developing our Seed Analysers, Seed Counters and Grain Counters to make them even more powerful and user-friendly.
Our goal is to ensure, through continuous innovation and customer-centred development, that our devices meet the growing challenges in the seed breeding industry and contribute to efficiency and sustainability in seed analysis.
